• Validate Residents (1 hour)
• Establishing Opening Accounts Receivable (30 min)

Monthly Processing (Resident Transactions) (2 hours)

• Billing
• Assessing Rents and other Recurring Charges
• Tenant Transactions - rent payments, security deposits and refunds, NSF checks and other miscellaneous charges
• Reports and Scans

Additional Processing (2 hours)

• Traffic, Guest Cards, Wait Lists, Applications (1 hour)
• Letter Writing (30 min)
• User Authorizations and Security (30 min)
